Terms of Sale

Orders can take up to 3 days to process after payments have been made based on existing shipment volume, weather, or various reasons to ensure animal welfare.

The orders will be tried as a priority between Monday and Wednesday of each week, exceptionally they can leave on Thursdays.

Payments received on Saturdays and Sundays, orders will ship on Tuesday of next week, although occasionally they may be made on Monday.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address for delivery, please verify your address in your order confirmation.

We will not give refunds for orders in which the shipping agency has determined that there is no safe place to leave the package.

Seda Coral is not responsible for unfortunate events such as lost, lost or stolen packages during transit time. In all circumstances, the transportation agency is responsible. We will do our best to help all customers regarding missing packages.

Coral Silk has no control over package delays during the shipping process. You should contact the shipping agency’s customer service for assistance in responding and tracking your order. We will do our best to help all customers to get their order transit information.

All claims will be thoroughly reviewed on a case-by-case basis; Claims can take up to 2 weeks to process. Once the transportation agency responds to your claim, we will be able to take the appropriate measures to resolve this mishap. Until then, we appreciate your patience as we work with the carriers.

Filing a claim does not guarantee that the agency will compensate or reimburse you in whole or in part for your lost or stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

You agree not to charge a completed order without first attempting to work with us to resolve any issues that may arise.

Shipment

Orders will be sent to the address indicated at the end of the purchase.

Coral Silk will NOT refund orders that received an insufficient, inaccurate or invalid address.

THERE IS NO REFUND on shipping cost for any reason.

SHIPPING AND DOMESTIC HANDLING

Flat rate shipping to Spain is € 20. Orders over € 250 are free next day shipping.

Flat rate shipping to Portugal is € 30. Orders over € 300 are free next day shipping.

Shipments to any country in Europe must be assessed by UPS, always being a maximum of € 70 for the first large shipping box and € 30 for each subsequent box.

DOA Policy

If, in the unfortunate case, you have a DOA (death on arrival) coral, please email us a photo within 2 hours of the delivery confirmation from the carrier. After receiving the photos, we will advise you what to do with the DOAs, do not discard them until instructed. If we confirm the DOAs and the photos are shipped within 2 hours, we will issue a store credit or refund for the coral doa. We can often replace DOAs with the same or similar items, plus shipping costs. Failure to notify us within the 2 hour time period will void any warranty.

All sales are final. We do not allow refunds on live animal orders.

All coral orders must have a video of the unopened box being opened and the unopened bag showing the DOA coral.

We are not responsible for DOAs due to delay from the shipping agency.

Refunds of shipping costs will not be issued.

If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item, we will credit your account for the full purchase price of the item as a credit on our website.

Please ask us questions about our DOA policy before asking us.

Sales

All sales are final.

There are no guarantees on color accuracy for colors that may vary slightly from WYSIWYG items due to your lighting fixtures, settings, and aquarium environment.

There is no refund for deaths that occur during or after your acclimatization process.

Our prices are subject to change. We do our best to make sure our products display the correct product information and prices, but if you see an error, such as a € 1 product, it is most likely an error. We reserve the right to suspend sales of incorrectly priced products until correct information is established online. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

On rare occasions, if the health of a coral is not good, we will not ship the coral. We will offer the customer the option to buy or refund the money.

Depending on the form that the User completes in each case, the data may be processed for the following purposes:
Registered users
The information you provide us in the registration form is used to manage the Users of the website, so that you can access your profile, check your orders and make your purchases without having to re-enter your identification data. (name, surname, email and telephone) and delivery address. You can modify your profile settings whenever you want.

The information of the registered Users will be kept indefinitely unless the User requests the cancellation as a Registered User.

Exercises of rights
